I’m the Founder and Managing Attorney of Cardiff International Law, a U.S. immigration law firm helping entrepreneurs, investors, and global talent establish their lives and businesses in the United States. My practice focuses on investor and business immigration—including E-2, EB-2, EB-1, L-1, EB-5 visas and emerging alternatives —along with strategic immigration planning for startups, multinational companies, and high-net-worth individuals.
I closely monitor policy shifts of U.S. investor visa options- such as the “Gold Card” and "Platinum Card" programs under Donald Trump’s administration—so clients considering high-level investment immigration have an advisor tuned to both the law and what may lie ahead.
Before founding my firm, I spent nearly a decade in HR and People Operations, where I gained firsthand insight into how immigration impacts hiring, compliance, and global workforce mobility. That experience now shapes the way I counsel clients—practical, informed, and always aligned with business goals.
Outside my practice, I volunteer on pro bono naturalization and humanitarian immigration cases, helping individuals take their final steps toward citizenship and stability.
